First off, the teese got really melty. It literally oozed out when I cut into the sammich. I lightly toasted the english muffin then put the teese on top and broiled for a few minutes while the sausage heated up in a pan. This was really good. If you're craving something meaty and cheesy for breakfast, this easy sammich will deliver.

Looks tasty. One of my favorite dishes when I was a meat eater was biscuits with sausage gravy. I eventually created a vegan version - http://robfelty.com/food/breakfast#biscuits
