Quantum Wellness Cleanse Motivation: I figure if I say I'm going to do it to the whole world (OK, the 12 of you who actually read this,) I'll be more likely to actually make it...
If Oprah can do it, so can I. Kathy Frestone's Quantum Wellness Cleanse.
21 days of no:
Animal products - ha, easy!
Alcohol - not too difficult
Sugar - good thing I don't take sugar in my tea
Caffeine - what, no tea?!?
Gluten - yeah, that's going to be a test. I really want to make some setian wings now.
Since I've made it to noon today, today is day one. The recipes in the book look pretty good. I'm off to buy some freakin' gluten free bread for what I was going to make for dinner tonight. More later...

This sounds awesome and I'm with you every step of the way.
I'd do something like this but there is NO WAY I want to give up my glasses of wine. Just NO WAY!
Good luck!
Ugh that's tough! I've been thinking about it though. Alcohol would not be too tough, I agree. I always see that as an annoyance more than anything. "Why aren't you drinking???" That's all you hear from your friends. Why the heck do they care? Anyway, you will feel great after I'm sure. Do post with your thoughts!
Good luck! I've been avoiding gluten lately b/c my stomach's been iffy--it's not SO bad!
Good luck! I want to do that myself, but it's hard with my ladyfriend in the house, and working in a kitchen and bakery... I hope you find a way to make it fun for yourself!
I just got Ani Phyo's raw book from the library and maybe those recipes might help during the cleanse since they are all gluten free (I think..not sure about oats)..she's got some great desserts and main courses..all raw but I found pretty easy to make and really good!
Good luck! I really need to do this. My main problems are sugar, caffeine and gluten. Mainly sugar and caffeine. I look forward to reading about how it goes!
whoa that's some intense action... I've really been meaning to try a raw cleanse but... ergh.. like any change takes a little time and effort... and motivation... and I'm usually lacking one of the three! Ha!
GOOD LUCK!! **Gets out pom poms!**
can you eat ezekiel bread? it's sprouted and flourless so i think it's considered gluten free even though it does have wheat in it. carol alt says she eats it when she wants bread since it's the closest thing to raw that she doesn't make herself. that rice bread isnt' bad if you toast it though. good luck!!
I think I want to try this. I'd love to get a handle of my sugar addiction.
found your blog because I was searching about Quantum Wellness...I'm about to start it to..good luck and I'm mostly nervous about the sugar!
