I made the
vcon hummus version with
cauliflower and added some extra lemon juice and
tahini. I used canned chickpeas, but I warmed them up before blending and added a bit of hot water which made it extra creamy.

Sprinkled with a little
Zatar on top and served with cucumber spears it's a refreshingly light and satisfying summer snack.
