Here's more things to do with chipotle chickpea chili and corn casserole.
Stuff it in a jacket potato.Add some quinoa and stuff it in a burrito.I made some tempeh bacon, too.
And tested Robin Robertson's Walnut-Dusted Fettuccine with Balsamic Vegetables..All this deliciousness helps me to endure another seriously gruelling week ahead at work. Peace out.
